如果閣下不滿意所收到的貨品並要求退款,很抱歉我們不能接受任何產品的所有退換。如果該產品的風格、顏色和尺碼並不符合閣下的標準, 我們深表歉意,nʌmbə5 恕不接受以上的原因為退換的理由。請於下單及結賬時慎重考慮並檢查清楚。 如閣下對我們的產品有任何疑問,請直接與我們聯繫,我們的客服團隊很高興提供幫助。
如閣下所收到的貨品出現問題而想要退回貨品,請參閱以下的準則和聯繫方式,於收到包裹當天起的7天內聯繫我們,並清楚列明及解釋閣下退貨的原因。 在此日期之後的退換訴求將不被接受。已交付的運費亦不會予以退還。
換貨與退貨的安排將會在退回相關貨品後作出處理。我們將以電子郵件的方式確認收妥退回的貨品並跟進事件的情況,及述明該貨品是否符合換貨或退款的資格。
退款將退回到閣下用來進行交易的帳戶內。退款的程序可能需要長達14天,取決於發卡機構或支付網關的退款處理時間。
換貨/退貨條件
如你的貨品符合以上退換資格,請參照以下標準作為我們換貨/退貨政策的準則:
一般情況
• 退還貨品必須列明指定案件編號,貨品必須以其發貨前的狀態下退回 。
• 退還貨品必須不被損壞。
• 退還貨品必須以其簇新的/原來的狀態下退回,所有標籤和包裝必須繫上及完整。
• 貨品必須於閣下收到包裹的14天內退回。
• 所有以原價發售的貨品只能獲得一次退貨安排。
• 其他不尋常和例外的情況必須記錄於貨品描述中。
• 評估過程可能需要長達14天(收回退貨後起計算)。
• 特價/減價貨品不能退貨或換貨。
• 所有退款將通過您的付款方式進行退還。
• 如有任何爭議,nʌmbə5 保留對所有退貨或換貨的最終決定權。

於 nʌmbə5 網頁內顯示的圖片已接近實物的顏色與狀態。礙於用戶的顯示屏幕各有不同效果,所以我們也不能保證顏色效果是否會有所偏差。敬請留意。
請注意,客戶將負責退貨所涉及的費用。因此,建議客戶謹慎採用已註冊並可追蹤貨品的運送服務以退回貨品。
我們將通過電子郵件為客戶提供一個郵寄地址以退回包裹。
發貨項目、數量不符或貨品損壞
如果閣下發現收到的貨品有任何問題,請盡快與我們聯繫並安排換貨/退貨的程序,我們將盡我們的所能解決問題。如該貨品尚有存貨,我們會為你作出退換貨安排;如貨品已沽清,我們則會為你作退貨及退款處理。在確定發貨項目、數量不符或貨品損壞的情況下,退運的運輸費用將由nʌmbə5負責。
所有特價/減價貨品的訂單均不能作退款或換貨安排,也不能取消訂單。
取消訂單
貨品一經售出,訂單一經完成,所有貨品恕不退換或取消。

Exchange and Returns
If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please Contact Us straight away and our Customer Service Representatives will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your items and ask for a refund, unfortunately we cannot readily accept all returns for any products. If the style, color and size does not meet your standard, we apologize that it will not be acceptable reasons. Please take this into consideration before you check out. If you have any questions about our product, please go to Contact Us , our Customer Service team is delighted to help.
Should you discover any faulty item(s) that you have received and wish to return them, please refer to the guideline below and Contact Us explaining the reason for your return request, within 7 days from receiving your order. NO returns will be accepted after this date. Initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
Once we authorize your return request, we will provide you with a case number for returning the order.
Exchanges/returns will be processed upon receipt of the regarding item(s). Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent electronically following the evaluation process, stating the outcome and whether the item is eligible for exchange or refund.
Your refund will be credited back to your account used to make the purchase. Refunds may take up to 14 days, depends on the card issuer’s or payment gateways’ refund processing time.
Exchange and Returns Conditions
If you are eligible to the above conditions, please refer to the following criteria as a guideline for our exchange/returns policy:
General
• Include our Return Item(s) in its original condition with your assigned Case Number. • Items must not be damaged. • Items must be in new/original condition with all labels and packaging attached. • Orders must be returned within 14 days from receiving your package. • All full price items are eligible for only a one-time exchange. • Exceptions and other conditions will be noted within the item description. • Evaluation process may take up to 14 days from receipt. • Sales/Discounted item(s) are not eligible for return. • All returns will be refunded in through your original form of payment. • Upon dispute, nʌmbə5 reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on nʌmbə5. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
We will provide you with a postal address for returning the package via email.
Incorrect item, missing item or faulty item
If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us as soon as you discover the issue to start the exchange/returns procedure and we will do our best to resolve the problem. A replacement will be sent where the item is still available. Otherwise, you will get a refund after returning the product. Under these circumstances, the shipping cost of the replacement where items are missing, or the return shipment where an incorrect or faulty item has been received will be covered by nʌmbə5.
All sales and discounted orders are final and can not be cancelled. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sales, discounted and promotion items.
Cancellation
No cancellation, exchange or refund could be made once the orders are completed and confirmed.
