中國內地、香港特別行政區和澳門特別行政區的訂單以順豐速運標準快遞服務，其他地區訂單均以用香港郵政發貨 – 特快專遞送貨服務。

請注意：

• 所有飾物類別的訂單（包括手鍊，手鐲，項鍊，別針，胸針等等）均一律只會以香港特別行政 區郵政 – 特快專遞送貨服務發貨。

• 所有貨品不遞送至郵政信箱、郵政存局候領處。

郵寄費用

所有郵寄費用（已包括了行政費用）會於結賬的程序中自動根據產品的重量作出計算。請於完成付款過程之前徹底檢查您的訂單總結。

貨品運送預計時間

閣下的付款程序一經批核，訂單一般會於1個工作天內進行處理。

在某些情況下，閣下當地的海關部門可能需要額外的文件和時間作清關之用。在這種情況下，預計的遞送時間可能會受到影響。

送貨地址需知和貨品未能成功運送

我們只能於訂單未被寄出的情況下更改閣下的送貨地址。如需更改已發貨的訂單地址，閣下需支付額外的費用。閣下請於下單選擇及填寫送貨地址時小心考慮到這一點。

對於貨品未能成功運送的情況下（快遞無法到達由客戶提供的不正確地址、無法於客戶所提供的地點聯絡客戶、或客戶拒絕支付關稅等），nʌmbə5 將不會負責貨品撤回的運送費用。如客戶需再次發貨，也必須支付所需的郵寄費用。如客戶拒絕接受訂單nʌmbə5恕不安排退款。

進口稅及關稅

關稅，包括商品及服務稅（GST），增值稅（VAT），均不計算在產品的價格內。

請注意，包裹到達目的地地區後，該地區可能會收取關稅、進口稅以及相關的報關費用。這些費用是由當地的海關部門所決定。有關費用和稅金將由收件人的支付，nʌmbə5 恕不負責。有關收費詳情，請聯繫閣下當地的海關部門。

在某些情況下包裹可能會因清關問題而延誤。

海關與條例

客戶應檢查當地的郵政調例及該地區法定限制進口的物品，nʌmbə5 恕不會負責任何與該物品有關的法律義務 。

China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macau Special Administrative Region orders will be shipped using S.F. Express delivery service.

All other orders will be shipped using Hong Kong Post – SpeedPost delivery service.

PLEASE NOTE :

• all orders which included Accessories (Bracelets, Bangles, Necklaces, Pins, Brooch etc) will only be shipped by using Hong Kong Post – SpeedPost delivery service.

• all shipment does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, General Delivery and Poste Restante.

Shipping Cost

All shipping costs (with administration fee included) will be calculated automatically according to the weight of the products during the check out procedures. Please check your order summary thoroughly before you complete the payment process.

Delivery times

Orders will normally be processed within 1 business days once your payment is completed and approved.

* Delivery times are determined by number of business days (Monday to Friday) from the day after we ship your order.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. For a list of Hong Kong public holidays, please click here. For details on public holidays in the destination area, please refer to your local government website. Note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

If you do not receive a tracking confirmation within 3-7 business days from the day you completed your payment, please kindly contact our customer service for more information.

Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.

Shipping Address and Failed Deliveries

We can only change your shipping address in the case orders are still with us. For those already shipped, an additional fee (which we call it as “re-routing fee”) will be charged for the request. Please take this into consideration when selecting and filling in your shipping address for order.

For failed deliveries (courier is unable to reach customer due to the incorrect address provide by customer, failed attempts to reach customer at the location or customer refuse to pay duties), nʌmbə5 is not responsible for the returned shipping cost. For re-shipped orders, the shipping costs are also payable by customers. If you refuse to receive the order and ask for a refund, the order amount will not be refunded in any circumstances.

Import Taxes & Duties

Customs duties, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value-added Tax (VAT), are not calculated in the price of the product.

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination area. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by nʌmbə5 . For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.

Customs & Regulations

Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as nʌmbə5 cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding area.
